Important: UTOCH TRADE does NOT provide trading, custody, or wallet services. The App is for tracking, analysis, and educational purposes only.

All information provided by the App is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

Market data may be delayed or simulated for demonstration purposes. You should not rely on the App's data as the sole basis for making investment decisions.

4. No Trading Services

UTOCH TRADE does not:

  • Execute trades on your behalf
  • Hold or custody any cryptocurrencies or funds
  • Provide wallet services

  • Process any financial transactions

Paper trading within the App uses virtual funds only and does not involve real money or real cryptocurrencies.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements
  • Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
